To ensure that customers can rest assured to use XINT products, the following service policies have been formulated.
I. Training after product delivery
We can provide you with training on the use, safety and maintenance of lifting platforms and aerial work platforms. After the equipment arrives at the site, we will arrange professional and technical personnel to provide you with equipment expertise and related knowledge training.
1. The basic principle of the equipment;
2. The scope of use of the equipment;
3.Operation procedures for safe use of equipment;
4. Precautions for equipment use, storage, transportation, and daily maintenance.
Second, after-sales service
1. One year warranty: All products are guaranteed for one year. Free warranty during the warranty period. The exceptions are subordinates: due to improper use, human accidents, natural disasters, failures caused by the use of non-genuine products, wearing parts (batteries, wheels), etc.
2. Lifetime maintenance: complaints during the warranty period and repairs caused by improper use will be collected and resolved in a timely manner according to materials and labor costs.
3. Full-time after-sales engineer provides 7x24x365 year-round real-time technical support for the equipment .
